Founded in 2021, GEN&SIS is a cybersecurity company currently experiencing strong growth and engaged in an active recruitment campaign. From upstream—including cyber project engineering, architecture, risk and process analysis, and security component integration—to downstream, with the operational use of security equipment.
You will have for missions:
Advice on security strategy
- Help define the cybersecurity and compliance strategy (in accordance with
regulations, requirements standards) of the organization of the
client, assess the necessary budgetary commitment - Conduct assessments of the security level of the organization's
customer, compare it to the state of the art in the market - Make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve the
security level
Assistance to security teams
- Establish and implement security methodologies and processes
in order to support them in implementing a cyber strategy - Perform security risk analyzes
- Intervene in the integration of safety standards and provide
expertise lors de la mise en œuvre des projets de sécurité - Assister dans le choix et l’utilisation des outils de sécurité, informer
sur les évolutions des outils - Apporter son expertise pour analyser des incidents de sécurité et établir
des plans correctifs et d’amélioration de la sécurité des SI (sur les
plans technique et organisationnel) - Assurer une veille sur les menaces existantes et émergentes et définir les
mesures de protection à mettre en place
Communication
- Garantir une bonne communication et relation avec le Client notamment lors
des réunions de soutenance ou d’avancement de mission.
Qualifications
Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5)
Vous disposez d’une expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans la sécurité des systèmes
d’information.
Vous avez un très bon relationnel, une grande rigueur, à l’écoute et vous
parlez couramment l’anglais.
Vous savez rédiger des rapports adaptés à différents niveaux
d’interlocuteurs et avez une pédagogie permettant de rendre simple la
cybersécurité.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans les technologies de sécurité et des
outils associés.
Compétences Souhaitées
Connaissances dans la gestion des risques, politique de cybersécurité.
Vous appréciez également les normes et standards dans le domaine de la
sécurité (normes ISO 2700XX,…) et vous vous intéressez aux vulnérabilités
des environnements ainsi qu’à la veille technologique en cybersécurité.
Vous connaissez une ou plusieurs des technologies suivantes : Fortinet, Palo
Alto, Checkpoint Stormshield, Tufin, Cisco, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, Load
Balancing.

As such, in the post, you manage the projects entrusted to you and in particular:
Définition du contenu fonctionnel des projets de sécurité :
- Establish general functional specifications and write specifications for security solutions
- Carry out analyzes of market security solutions
- Define the needs to meet security challenges in line with business challenges
Conduite du projet :
- Definition of the project organization, project management including monitoring of progress actions, charges and costs
- Analyze the security risks associated with the project, propose security measures if necessary and monitor the evolution of risks during the duration of the project
- Ensure the follow-up of the call for tenders phases, carry out the evaluation and the choice of solutions / suppliers, follow the contractualization
- Take charge of the security solutions studied (functionally and technically) during the study phases (models, etc.)
- Pilot the knowledge transfer phases to the production teams and ensure the smooth transition to production of the project.
Communication
- Guarantee good communication and relationship with the Client, especially during defense or mission advancement meetings.
Required profile
With an engineering degree or equivalent (Bac + 5), you have 1 to 3 years of experience in information systems security.
You have good knowledge in project management thanks to your previous experience and in risk management.
You also have technical knowledge in IS security (network, telecom, security solutions, security standards, etc.) as well as market security solutions, network security, protocols and information systems.
You have good ability to work across an organization.

As such, you ensure the security architecture of the projects entrusted to you during the different phases:
Conception :
- Establish the IS security architecture strategy in line with the overall business strategy and contribute to the application of the principles of the security model
- Contribute to the translation of security policies into operational security standards
- Develop reference models for architectures
Préconisation :
- Support project managers in the design of the architecture, specify the various settings and define the technical security requirements to integrate new systems or upgrade existing systems
- Advise on the choice of technical solutions and recommend secure architectures for a system or a set of information systems; ensure its regulatory compliance where applicable
- Participate in the choice of editors and IS service providers from a security perspective
- Define security validation testing strategies and ensure follow-up of recommendations
Conseil :
- Advise on the use and combination of existing security bricks
- Analyze the security risks associated with the introduction of new technologies or new information systems
- Ensure a watch on new threats and taken into account in the definition of security architectures
Communication :
- Work with technical security specialists to consolidate a comprehensive view of security
- Guarantee good communication and relationship with the Client, especially during defense or mission advancement meetings.
Required profile
With an engineering degree or equivalent (Bac + 5), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in security architecture.
You have a good knowledge of the information system, urbanization, IS architecture and Cloud solutions.
You also have technical knowledge in IS security (network, telecom, security solutions, security standards, etc.) as well as market security solutions, network security, protocols and information systems.
You have a good ability in understanding cybersecurity threats.
You have good ability to work across an organization as well as in networks to practice technology watch.

Vous assurez à ce titre dans le poste l’intégration des solutions de
sécurité qui vous sont confiées et notamment :
Conception :
- Définir, sous la responsabilité du responsable de projet, l’architecture
fonctionnelle et technique du système d’information - Assemble and integrate the different components
- Définir les interfaces et définir les composants à faire évoluer pour
permettre leur intégration
Intégration de la solution dans l’environnement de production :
- Contribute to the definition of the target technical architecture
- Implement the testing and mock-up phases
- Mettre en œuvre la recette, l’industrialisation et la mise en production,
en liaison avec le responsable du projet - Réaliser le paramétrage de la solution pour garantir la meilleure
efficacité en termes de sécurité - Documenter les processus de mise en œuvre, de mise à jour et
d’exploitation des composants de sécurité
Maintenance et Infogérance :
- Assurer la supervision des services, assurer la métrologie, gérer les
alertes et les incidents de production - Recommend upgrades of the solution
- Pratiquer une veille sur les vulnérabilités et gérer le patching des
solutions
Expertise and Advice
- Advise on the configuration of the solution
- Deliver training on the new security solution
Communication
- Garantir une bonne communication et relation avec le Client notamment lors
des réunions de soutenance et d’avancement de projet.
Required profile
Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau BAC+2 ou BAC+3 en informatique, vous
disposez d’une expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans la sécurité des systèmes
d’information.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans l’intégration des solutions de
sécurité grâce à votre expérience précédente.
Vous possédez des connaissances techniques en sécurité des SI (réseau,
télécom, solutions de sécurité, normes de sécurité…) ainsi que dans les
solutions de sécurité du marché, dans la sécurité des réseaux, protocoles et
des systèmes d’information.
Vous avez des bonnes capacités à travailler en transverse au sein d’une
organisation.
